Description:

   Motorola vs Fairchild case files: The Trade Secret, 1968

In 1968, Motorola sued Fairchild for hiring away Motorola’s top scientist, C. Lester Hogan, and eight key executives. Fairchild won the case. This collection is made-up of documents (primary correspondence) from ICE, a company that acted as an independent research firm and provided expert witness for Fairchild’s defense.
