Abstract of the Disclosure

A A.G.C circuit having a transistor wherein a large portion of the base region, or a region shorted to the base region, encompasses the collector region.

  • Figure 1 is a plan view of a semiconductor body haing an n-p-n silicon planar transistor therein, at a stage of manufacture prior to attachment of connecting leads to various regions of the body and encapsulation in an envelope.
