1. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS
The industry has needed a manufacturing facility with full commitment to military needs for a long time. The impact on assembly technology will be of interest, as U.S. labor economics dictates either automatic wire bonding or a gang-bonding (Mini-Mod) approach.

2. SILICON GENERAL
There is money in the high-rel business, as illustrated by General Semiconductor in Tempe, Arizona, with net earnings of $101,454 on sales of $1,116,108 for the quarter ending February 29, 1976.

3. JOHN SHEA
John won't be staying with National. It's still unannounced, but he will be the ICE representative in the Bay area.

4. GAMES
Look for lots of legal action in the game business. Flagrant (but usually legal) copying is the name of the game these days, with close timing required to get some profit out of a product before the competition picks it up.
