| Thyristor - 1976 TI number: G00365 This device is a TI plastic encapsulated silicon thyristor intended for industrial and consumer applications. The mounting flange provided a heat dissipation path. The packaging was designed for low cost mechanized assembly. The device series ratings were 600mAdc and up to 200Vdc. The code "A638A" indicates USA fabrication in 1976, 38th week and lot A for that week. TI halted production of this device line about 1980. |
