Liquid Crystal Calculator Display - 1977
TI number: G00424

This item is a prototype dot matrix LCD built in 1977. It was intended for use in advanced calculators requiring the use alpha numeric characters. It functions in the twisted nematic field effect mode.

This LCD was not put into production because of the decision for TI to purchase LCD's instead of manufacturing them.
