| Integrated Circuit ROM - 1978 TI number: G00326 This ROM type was designed and built for use in the TI SPEAK & SPELL. The symbolization in front of the date code identifies the wafer processing facility (Dallas MOS 2) and chip revision. These units were assembled and tested in the Singapore plant during the 32nd week of 1978. This was during the early stage of SPEAK & SPELL production.
