| Silicon Small Signal Transistor Display TI number: G00117 These kits were used in the 1960's and early 1970's by Product Marketing and Field Sales Engineers in customer discussions. The purpose of this sales tool was to show readily the wide variety of packages available and the device geometries used. The kit contains samples of various transistors, capped and uncapped, in various packages. Also is shown a picture of transistor types with the corresponding package and geometry designations. |
