| Integrated Circuits TI number: G00205 These are early Series 51 IC's in the No. 1 flat pack design, ceramic base and solder sealed. Production in this package ended in late 1962 or very early in 1963. The collection consists of two SN514 Dual Gates, one without the lid. The series 51 were RCTL logis circuits that were introduced in early 1962 as the first TI catalog line. They were called Solid Circuits, a registered trademark.
