| Integrated circuit - 1970 TI number: G00207 These unit's were built in early 1970 (Date Code 7017) to a customer's non-catalog specification. The type number was assigned sequentially for a specific customer specification. The customer and device specifications are not known. Usually the special devices were selected from a standard device lot with parameter deviations. However, in some instances, they would also require mask changes. These devices are mounted in Mech-Pak carriers and also have an insulator on the bottom of the package. At the time, some IC chips were not insulated from the package internally; and, when requested by the customer, flatpacks were supplied with an insulator mounted on the base. |
