| Wafer TI number: G00394 This silicon slice is from the first lot of 3in material processed in TI. It was done in the Sherman Front End, SBP1. The red dots indicate rejects at multiprobe. The yield appears to have been good from potential bars after allowance for edge of slice, mask alignment and jigs in the processing. |
