| Microwave Integrated Circuit Wafers TI number: G00310 The display consists of three processed slices containing three microwave IC's. These circuits were developed in the 1965-7 period for use in the MERA program. The display circuits are 500 MHz IF Preamp, Phase Shift Network (16 diode array), and TR Antenna Switch.
