AVAILABLE SAMPLES OF PURE SILICON
|
The
following amounts of pure silicon are available for delivery to
Dr. Seitz. These samples have been made with Stauffer C.P. silicon
tetrachloride, redistilled in our laboratory, and Bunker Hill
slab said to be 99.99+% zinc metal. The standard procedure outlined
in a separate letter was followed in all steps except as indicated
in the notes.
